Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide on-site occupational health support in a manufacturing environment where chemicals are processed. This temporary role requires strong clinical expertise, effective communication, and collaboration with site leadership and third-party medical partners to support employee health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support on-site physical examinations for employees

• Manage and assist with respirator fit testing programs

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with site managers and leadership teams

• Attend and participate in site staff meetings

• Coordinate and communicate with third-party medical partners (ProActive)

• Provide occupational health support as needed in a manufacturing/industrial environment

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to employee health services

• Be available for on-call support, including weekends, when not on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including site managers and external partners

• Experience or comfort working in a manufacturing environment where chemicals are processed

• Ability to walk long distances between buildings and maintain mobility throughout the workday

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Must be able to walk extended distances between buildings

• Must be able to work on-site and respond to on-call needs as required
