Job description:
We're a healthy, long-running injection molding company looking for a seasoned mold maker who wants a solid, predictable job - no chaos, no micromanagement. You'll run our tool room solo, supporting our molding operation with changeovers and repairs. If you know your craft and want to do good work without the drama, this is your shop.
WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE:
Schedule
7 AM – 3 PM, Mon–Fri
Work environment
Solo tool room, your pace
Shop size
5,500 sq ft, fully equipped
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Mold changeovers to support daily production runs
- Repairs and maintenance of injection molds
- Managing and maintaining the tool room (it's yours)
- Working independently with support from the broader team when needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 10+ years of mold making experience
- Comfortable working independently and owning your space
- Reliable, skilled, and ready to settle in for the long haul
- Able to commute to Bensenville, IL 60106
PAY & BENEFITS:
- Starting at $36/hr - higher based on your experience
