PM Mold is seeking an experienced Mold Maker. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact our growing company. Under the direction of the shift supervisor, the top candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities:

• Start-finish of new and repair tooling
• Fabrication of tooling is produced on time and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Preventative maintenance of molds
• Repairs and modifications of existing tooling
• Coordinate jobs with CNC and EDM departments
• Flexibility with hours as overtime may occur on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mold making
• Operational knowledge of tool room equipment including lathes, mills, grinders, etc.
• Strong organization skills
• Extremely detailed-oriented with high degree of accuracy of.0002 tolerance
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Strong math skills
• Excellent attendance and punctuality mandatory

Physical Requirements:

• Good mobility, energy level and ability to routinely lift 50 pounds
• Requires good visual and audio acuity
• Must be willing and able to operate a forklift - we will train
• This is a non-relocation position
