Position Responsibilities:

Front of House Leadership:

• Train, support, and supervise the FOH F&B team.
• Ensure that team members adhere to company service standards and operational procedures.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Support leadership with training initiatives and performance evaluations.

Operations:

• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Manage table assignments, staff rotations, and assist with scheduling to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with the BOH team, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery and service.

Inventory Management:

• Conduct regular stock counts, and if requested, submit purchase requests in order to maintain proper inventory levels.
• Oversee MRKT displays, ensuring products are properly stocked and merchandised.

Financial & Administrative:

• Collect end-of-day server and bar reports.
• Track and report inventory - to include waste and trends.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met every day on all shifts.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service statutes and internal operational policies.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full service restaurant; with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, safety regulations, and inventory control.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working in varied weather conditions including sun, humidity, and occasional rain.
• Ability to remain calm and positive and energetic in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
