ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our sales team, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients. Your day-to-day will include:
- Client Consultations : Connect with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored Auto, Home, Life, and other P&C solutions.
- Sales Growth: Generate new business through a mix of provided leads, networking, and community outreach. You'll close sales and meet personal production goals with support from the team.
- Product Expertise: Explain Allstate coverage details, discounts, and benefits clearly so clients feel confident and informed.
- Relationship Building: Manage your own client portfolio, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and referrals.
- Active Texas P&C License (or willingness to obtain it before your start date)
- Communication Skills: You're comfortable with phones, CRMs, and virtual communication
- Self-Motivation: You take initiative, work independently, and stay focused during scheduled hours.
- Detail-Oriented: You record information accurately and minimize errors.
- Positive Attitude: You create a welcoming environment for clients and teammates alike.
- Spanish Speaking Preferred: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
