What You’ll Do:
As a Studio Manager at SWTHZ, you’re more than just a leader — you’re a culture driver, a revenue
builder, and an experience creator. You’ll oversee a high-performing team while delivering world-class
guest experiences that grow membership and drive retention.
Your role breaks down into three key areas:
Sales Membership Growth (40%)

Lead by example in meeting studio revenue and membership goals
Coach sales associates in effective sales techniques and product knowledge
Use key performance data to guide strategy and track success
Collaborate with marketing to amplify local brand awareness and lead generation

Leadership Team Management (40%)

Build and maintain a positive, high-performing studio culture
Hire, develop, and coach staff through ongoing feedback and training
Foster an environment where team members feel empowered, engaged, and accountable
Set clear goals, hold performance reviews, and celebrate wins

Operational Excellence (20%)

Oversee day-to-day studio operations, scheduling, and inventory
Uphold hygiene and safety standards to deliver a premium guest experience
Maintain a clean, inviting environment with smart staffing and process improvements
Address issues proactively and implement studio-level improvements

What You’ll Need:

2+ years of experience in sales, fitness, or retail leadership
Proven ability to lead and develop teams
Strong communication and organizational skills
A passion for wellness and high performance
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
