Speech Language Pathologist

Provide patient care by administering evaluations and developing and administering appropriate treatment plans
Complete documentation in a timely manner. Documentation includes: evaluations, re-evaluations, daily notes and discharges
Provide speech therapy services in a manner consistent with the ASHA code of ethics and standards set forth by the State Board of Examiners
Establish and maintain effective communication with physicians, other therapy team members, patients and their families to enhance patient care
Maintain current license through professional development and continuing education
Follow and maintain procedures set forth in the Permian Basin Human Resource Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Manual
Preserve and protect patient confidentiality by complying and adhering to prescribed policies, procedures and HIPAA regulations outlined by Permian Basin Rehabilitation Center
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Comply with all safety and infection control procedure, rules and regulations.
Demonstrate professionalism and maintains consistent and reliable attendance.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director or Executive Director
