Occupational Therapist Lead

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Clinical Lead Are you a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in people's lives? Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree graduate of accredited OT program required
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
- 2-4 years experience in Occupational Therapy preferred
- Current Occupation Therapist license in the State of Washington
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Conducted new patient evaluations, created personalized treatment plans, and supported the implementation of care programs.
- Provide high-quality care across a range of diagnoses and manage patient treatment.
- Ensure a positive patient experience through ongoing engagement and progressive care.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to support optimal care.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices in all patient care.
