We are seeking a Retail Store Manager - AT&T Authorize Retail to become an integral part of our team! Lead and manage daily operations of a retail wireless store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales goals, and driving revenue. Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance management while maintaining store standards and resolving customer issues. Responsible for inventory management, compliance, and creating strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction. A successful manager demonstrates leadership, communication, and business acumen to foster team success and store profitability.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership:
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
2. Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and mentor store employees.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
3. Customer Experience:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee the delivery of excellent service and product knowledge by staff.
4. Operational Efficiency:
• Manage store operations, including opening/closing procedures and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee inventory control, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Monitor and manage cash handling and financial reporting.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and analyze sales trends and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Report performance metrics to regional or district managers.
6. Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, wireless carrier requirements, and local regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions.
7. Marketing and Outreach:
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to attract customers.
• Build relationships with the local community to enhance store visibility.

A successful Wireless Store Manager combines strong leadership, sales expertise, and operational skills to achieve store goals and drive team success.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 Year of Retail Management Experience, preferably in Wireless or Technology Sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent, (bachelor's degree preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
