Role Description

The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for:

Answering calls and emails for the Agency HR team.
Reviewing and authorizing employee overtime.
Resolving employee incidents.

Qualifications

Two-year degree or one (1) year of work experience in human resources, human services, or home care.
Enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn and grow in the PCA Choice field.
