Product Owner I Oracle Cloud HCM

Job Summary:


The Oracle Cloud HCM Product Owner supports business and technical analysis activities related to operational performance, system enhancements, and user adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM applications. This role works under the guidance of the Product Owner III (Lead) and collaborates with business stakeholders and the outsourced AMS vendor to ensure stable, efficient operations for Oracle HCM Cloud.


The Product Owner I will focus on daily production support, issue triage, user assistance, and cross-functional coordination. The role also contributes to project activities from requirements gathering through testing and deployment, ensuring technical solutions aligned with business needs and organizational priorities. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across HR, DTP, and other departments, requiring hands-on problem solving and collaboration in support of the organization's strategic objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Support daily production operations by triaging issues, performing root cause analysis, coordinating with offshore teams, and communicating resolutions to stakeholders.
2. Monitor system performance and user activity to proactively identify issues and escalate risks to the Product Owner III.
3. Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for enhancements, fixes, and cross-functional projects.
4. Participate in testing activities including test case review, execution, and validation of system functionality.
5. Support project execution from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical constraints.
6. Collaborate with HR, DTP, vendors and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and ensure smooth delivery of system changes.
7. Contribute to training and change management by assisting with user guides, communications, and adoption activities.
8. Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to the Product Owner III for optimization, automation, and efficiency.
9. Support KPI tracking and help evaluate the effectiveness of system enhancements and operational performance.
10. Assist with business case development by gathering data, documenting needs, and contributing to cost-benefit analysis.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs and strategic initiatives.
