Job Description:
One of our clients is undertaking a migration of Equity / Stock Plan Administration capabilities from the Solium platform to ISW . We are looking for Product Managers / Product Owners with experience in one or more of the following areas related to Equity Compensation Financial Reporting :
- Equity Compensation / Stock Plan Administration (Stock Options, RSUs, ESPPs, PSUs)
- Financial Reporting and Accounting for share-based compensation
- ASC 718 / IFRS 2 reporting
- Compensation expense forecasting, valuation, and disclosure reporting
- EPS dilution and financial reporting
- Product ownership, requirements management, backlog management, and UAT
Mandatory Skills
- Equity Compensation / Stock Plan Administration (Stock Options, RSUs, ESPPs, PSUs)
- Financial Reporting and Accounting for share-based compensation
- ASC 718 / IFRS 2 reporting
- Compensation expense forecasting, valuation, and disclosure reporting
- EPS dilution and financial reporting
