Records Management Specialist II

Location: Washington, DC

Overtime Exempt: Nonexempt

Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and manages records management systems and procedures.
  • Ensures proper classification, storage, and retrieval of records.
  • Supports records retention schedules and disposition activities.
  • Conducts records audits and ensures compliance with regulations.
  • Provides guidance on records management practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Knowledge of records management regulations and standards
  • Ability to manage records lifecycle processes
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct audits and reviews
  • Strong communication skills

Minimum/General Experience:

  • 5 to 7 years of related experience

Minimum Education:

  • Associate's degree (or equivalent)
