Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temp) Full-time (Hybrid) Location: Within PPMM territory $27 - $29/hr ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Pre-Start Date Processing: Coordinate all pre-employment requirements including background checks, reference checks, pre-employment health screenings, and others as needed.
• Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and clear instructions.
• Sourcing Support: Post and update job openings across platforms in alignment with position and branding guidelines
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and interview panels across departments and formats (virtual, in-person, phone).
• Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate progress through the hiring process. Track and report on key hiring milestones and compliance checkpoints.
• Recruiter Support: Provide general administrative support to recruiters, including status tracking, candidate follow-ups, and event preparation.
• Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all hiring processes are completed in accordance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and confidentiality standards.
• Other Projects: Support recruiting events, candidate experience initiatives, and continuous process improvement projects as assigned.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Comfort working with systems to manage tasks and workflows
