Compensation

| Base Salary | Year 1 Target | Top Producers
| Competitive Based on experience | $54K–$80K+ base + commission | $90K+ uncapped

What You’ll Do

You’ll sell and service the full State Farm product line — auto, home, life, health, and financial services — to new and existing clients across Southwest Florida.

•       Run needs-based sales conversations to identify and close multi-line opportunities

•       Work a provided, warm lead pipeline alongside outbound prospecting and referral development

•       Build client relationships that generate renewals, referrals, and loyalty — not just one policy

•       Participate in daily team huddles, weekly meetings, and ongoing development sessions

•       Hold yourself to real production goals — and celebrate when you hit them

Requirements

•       Holds (or willing to obtain) a Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license — unlicensed candidates with strong sales backgrounds considered

•       1+ years of sales experience preferred (insurance, financial services, real estate, B2C sales, etc. all count)

•       Recent graduates with the right mindset and drive are encouraged to apply

•       Ability to pass a background check

•       Must be able to work full-time, in-office in the Bonita Springs area
