Our agency opened in 2014 and is a strong, close-knit team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Sales Manager with Xfinity, where I developed a passion for leadership, coaching, and helping others succeed. Im a Golden Eagle graduate with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. Im married, with a son graduating this year, and we have a dog named Oreo who keeps things fun at home. Outside of work, I enjoy trying new foods, golfing, motorcycling, and staying active in my church, where I lead a mens life group. Giving back and staying connected to the community is important to me. Im involved with my local church, the Area Development Partnership, and support local events and youth sports teams. Stanley Causey - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
