Leasing Administrator

We're seeking a Leasing Administrator to manage key aspects of commercial lease administration, property maintenance coordination, tenant documentation, invoicing, and accounting support. This is a role for someone who understands the importance of accuracy, organization, and prioritization and wants to develop an in-depth understanding of commercial real estate operations. You'll work closely with a collaborative team and have approachable ownership while gaining exposure to the business as a whole. Facilitate property maintenance contracts, vendor approvals, invoices, releases, insurance documentation, and W-9s. Prepare invoices and coordinate payment-related documentation. Log service requests, answer calls, and coordinate with property maintenance personnel. Track budgets for contracted property maintenance and other work. Track and manage tenant Certificates of Insurance to maintain accurate compliance records. Provide accounting support, including accounts payable and journal entry input. Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in lease administration or commercial property management OR a Bachelor’s Degree in lieu of experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure. Ability to understand and accurately interpret information presented orally and in writing. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
