Guidewire Business Analyst – Billing Center

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with strong expertise in Billing Center to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Guidewire products, insurance billing processes, and excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Guidewire Billing Center implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are met and tested.
• Participate in UAT, defect triage, and production validation.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Guidewire Billing Center capabilities and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in P&C Insurance domain.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Billing Center.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing processes, payment methods, and financial integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Guidewire certification in Billing Center.
• Experience with PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter.
