Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions covering business processes, system requirements, and user needs. Ensure requirements are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with business and technical objectives. Create detailed technical documentation including requirements, specifications, traceability matrices , designs, and testing plans. Review applicable deliverables to ensure completeness and accuracy. Schedule and coordinate technical integrations involving multiple teams and stakeholders. Organize and deliver training sessions and technical presentations . Facilitate analysis, design, and planning meetings for both business and technical purposes. Mandatory Qualifications : 5+ years of experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, design, process/data flow, testing, and training. 5+ years of experience with data consolidation , editing, and applying normalization rules. Experience in scheduling integrations across technical resource teams. Demonstrated ability to facilitate training and planning sessions . Strong knowledge of Microsoft M365 Suite . Familiarity with Florida Administrative Code 60GG-2 and State of Florida Cybersecurity Standards . Solid understanding of business process modeling and system analysis. Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with State of Florida agency Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). * TekBank is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
