Job Title: Medical Device Assembler Location: Aliso Viejo, Ca Shift: 1st shift Hourly Pay Range – $23.00-26.00/hr Employment Type: Full TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Medical Device Assembler to join a growing medical device manufacturing team in Aliso Viejo. This position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of medical device assembly experience who is comfortable performing detailed, precision work using microscopes, hand tools, and specialized manufacturing equipment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assemble medical devices and components according to work instructions, drawings, and established procedures.Perform precision assembly under a microscope for small and intricate components.Operate and work with braiding machines and equipment used in medical device manufacturing.Use fine hand tools and precision tools to assemble, adjust, and inspect components.Perform bonding, joining, crimping, cutting, and other detailed assembly processes as required.Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality, workmanship, and dimensional requirements.Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures.Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.Maintain a clean and organized work area while following applicable safety and quality requirements.Identify assembly issues and communicate quality or production concerns to leadership.Meet established production schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Requirements:2+ years of medical device assembly experience required.Experience performing microscope assembly or other precision assembly work.Experience using hand tools and small precision tools.Experience with braiding machines or similar specialized manufacturing equipment preferred.Ability to work with small components and perform detailed, repetitive tasks.Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures.Strong attention to detail and quality.Experience working in a regulated manufacturing or cleanroom environment preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.#IND Benefits: Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
