APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Farmington Hills, MI looking to add Inside Sales Representatives to their already amazing team.  Their primary responsibility will be to generate and manage sales leads through outbound calls, build customer relationships, and confidently guide prospects through the sales process to achieve company goals. What your day will look like:

• Drive new business through high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, confidently introducing our services and creating new sales opportunities.
• Connect with decision-makers, uncover their needs, and qualify leads to identify strong opportunities for the outside sales team.
• Build and grow a strong sales pipeline by actively prospecting, nurturing leads, and leveraging the CRM to maximize every opportunity.
• Turn leads into appointments through persistent, strategic follow-up with warm prospects, past inquiries, and potential clients.
• Be the voice of the company, confidently answering questions about our services, pricing, service areas, and value proposition.
• Partner with the outside sales team to create a seamless handoff and ensure qualified opportunities move quickly from initial contact to booked appointment.
• Own your numbers by consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly call, appointment-setting, activity, and conversion goals.
• Keep the pipeline moving by maintaining accurate CRM records, documenting client interactions, and tracking every opportunity through the sales process.
• Represent our brand with energy and professionalism, building positive relationships and delivering an exceptional experience with every conversation

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or sales training preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident making outbound calls, engaging prospects, and overcoming objections
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and priorities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software, including email and spreadsheets
• Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, in-office environment
