Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Surgery Department

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Surgery department. In this role, you will provide safe, evidence-based perioperative care to a variety of surgical patients throughout their journey, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses during all phases of surgery.
• Document patient care accurately and comprehensively.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of infection control and prioritize patient safety.
• Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-operative care.
• Foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and ongoing professional development in a dynamic acute care setting.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in perioperative nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
