Manager, Advanced Analytics, Walmart Connect Position Summary As a Manager on the Advanced Analytics team within Walmart Connect, you will partner with advertisers to deliver strategic and tactical insights on omni‑channel campaigns, leveraging tools such as Tableau and SQL. Your work will inform both internal stakeholders and external clients, driving best practices and performance improvements. Responsibilities Lead interpretation, analytics reporting, and key insights for Walmart advertisers. Deliver clarity and causal insights from strategy through campaign completion. Create and lead client‑facing analysis, including calls and presentations. Conduct hands‑on analysis and end‑to‑end measurement projects, providing actionable recommendations. Assist with process improvement initiatives to scale data and measurement solutions. Build measurement/analytics tools and platforms to support the team. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration, marketing). 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing strategy, analytics, and measurement. Project management experience handling high‑volume reporting and analysis requests. Proficiency in SQL, R, Tableau, and Datorama. Experience with omnichannel marketing, attribution, and ROI measurement. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in fast‑paced, agile environments. Ability to present technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a quantitative field. 5+ years in media and marketing measurement within an agency or consulting environment. Experience with ad‑serving, DSP, and DMP platforms. Knowledge of third‑party ad‑serving, tag management, and programmatic buying. Strong project management skills with tools such as Jira. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and statistical concepts. Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive audiences. Relationship‑building skills with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
