Job Description Responsibilities: Assist and support recruiting team with Full Lifecycle Recruiting. Source and pipeline potential candidates by using a multichannel approach (Job boards, LinkedIn, Monster..) Collaborate with clients and hiring managers; create job descriptions based on hiring manager’s needs Prescreening and prequalifying candidates properly Act as the first point of contact for candidates; maintaining a respectable image of the company Coordinating and scheduling interviews Updating candidate’s information by using internal ATS Qualifications Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or Psychology Must be a go-getter, can’t be afraid to get on the phones or meet candidates in person! Must have an interest in finance and technology – Fast Learner!
