Healthcare Services Investment Banking (Senior Analyst - VP)

I'm working with a leading Investment Banking platform looking to connect with talented Healthcare Services bankers at Senior Analyst, Associate and Vice President level for its New York team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded platform advising healthcare businesses on complex, strategically important transactions, with exposure to senior decision-makers, meaningful client responsibility and a strong pipeline of M&A opportunities. The Opportunity The successful candidate will join an established Healthcare Investment Banking team focused on advising businesses across the Healthcare Services landscape, executing high-profile transactions and developing long-term relationships with clients, investors and other key market participants. The role will offer significant exposure to sell-side M&A mandates , alongside a broader range of strategic advisory and capital-raising transactions. Key Responsibilities Execute sell-side M&A transactions, including preparation of marketing materials, management presentations, financial analysis and valuation models. Support the end-to-end transaction process, from initial client engagement and preparation through buyer outreach, due diligence, negotiations and closing. Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analysis, comparable company analysis and precedent transaction analysis. Prepare client presentations, pitch books, confidential information memoranda and other transaction-related materials. Work closely with senior bankers, clients, private equity sponsors and strategic buyers throughout the deal lifecycle. Contribute to business development initiatives, industry research and the identification of new transaction opportunities. Manage multiple workstreams and transaction deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Candidate Requirements Currently operating at Senior Analyst, Associate or Vice President level within Investment Banking. Demonstrable sell-side M&A execution experience is essential. Experience within Healthcare Services Investment Banking, ideally covering areas such as: Physician practices and provider services Healthcare IT and technology-enabled services Outsourced healthcare and business services Medical clinics, ambulatory care and specialist providers Revenue cycle management and healthcare outsourcing Healthcare staffing and related services Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior clients and transaction counterparties. A track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
