Community Manager
The Community Manager is a business leader who focuses on resident customer service and manages operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications for an assigned residential community.
The Community Manager is expected to demonstrate leadership, commitment, and integrity.
The measures of success are resident feedback on quality and timeliness of resident services provided and resident turnover.
The essential duties and responsibilities include managing day-to-day leasing operations, managing community maintenance with the assistance of the service team, maintaining and managing all financial responsibilities, managing and monitoring rental collection, managing community personnel, managing and monitoring marketing activities, and performing other duties as assigned or requested to support community operations.
The qualifications include language skills, mathematical skills, reasoning ability, computer skills, education/experience, and competencies.
