Enterprise Services Engineer

Salary: $200,000 - 240,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• We need strong proficiency in SQL, scripting languages such as Python, and hands-on experience in cloud environments.
• We expect at least 3 years of experience working with data and cloud technologies, including databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic administration such as networking, compute and data assets, IAM, and permissions.
• We require experience with programming or scripting languages, plus familiarity with APIs and web services.
• We look for demonstrated expertise in DLP, data privacy and protection, DSPM or CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management, with hands-on experience preferred.
• We require prior experience in a technical customer-facing role at a software company.
• We require prior collaboration with development teams.
• We expect a proven track record of managing customer relationships, including onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
• We need the ability to communicate clearly, break down complex problems into structured steps, and explain the issue and approach to others.

• We serve as a technical expert on our platform, bringing deep product knowledge and hands-on proficiency.

• We build and maintain a strong library of service methodologies and best practices to support partner success.
