A medical supply company is seeking a licensed pharmacist to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for their ongoing per diem assignment. This role is essential to enable the company to ship legend products to patients in Montana while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge according to the Board of Pharmacy guidelines
• Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and labeling of shipped products
• Identify Montana patients receiving legend products and track shipment details
• Maintain regulatory compliance for the mail order pharmacy license
• Collaborate under a business arrangement without the need for full-time employment

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, clear, and active pharmacist license from any state
• Thorough understanding of pharmacy law related to mail order and shipment of pharmaceutical products
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for recordkeeping and compliance
• Ability to work independently in a part-time, advisory capacity

Location: Freehold, NJ (flexible remote support possible, with occasional office interaction)
