THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Regional Recruiter, you will play a critical role in advancing Chipotle’s restaurant talent strategy by leading the end‑to‑end sourcing process for Restaurant Manager roles within your assigned region. The role includes proactive and reactive sourcing, conducting initial candidate screenings, facilitating interviews in partnership with regional leadership, analyzing recruitment trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that address evolving business needs. You will also interpret and apply Chipotle policies, employment law, and regulatory requirements to serve as a trusted recruiting resource within your region. What You’ll Do Creatively source, screen, and provide selection guidance for Restaurant Manager and field leadership roles, ensuring strong candidate quality and alignment with regional talent needs Facilitate the internal interview process for regional leadership roles, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and compliant candidate experience Analyze regional hiring trends through regular reporting and partner with senior field leadership to inform and support regional recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities Develop regional recruitment strategies with senior field leadership by identifying hiring trends and partnering with restaurant leadership to drive strategic priorities Provide coaching to leaders and champion best practices in staffing, interviewing, and candidate experience Serve as a brand and employee advocate, supporting initiatives that strengthen hiring effectiveness and team quality Partner with HRBPs, support functions, and Centers of Excellence to execute market‑specific recruitment strategies that address current and future talent needs Support the rollout and execution of recruiting initiatives and processes within your region Engage in critical talent discussions to deepen business understanding and support effective succession planning What You’ll Bring To The Table High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Bachelor’s degree from a 4‑year college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred 2‑4 years of experience in recruiting or a related field; experience supporting multi‑unit restaurant or retail environments strongly preferred Proven experience interviewing and identifying leadership talent, and supporting best practices in recruiting and candidate selection Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with business leaders and cross‑functional partners Results‑oriented approach, with the ability to manage and execute both short‑ and long‑term recruiting priorities using sound judgment Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently to identify gaps and apply practical solutions in ambiguous situations Demonstrated ability to support change initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional and remote teams to meet evolving business needs

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $56,000.00–$77,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors.
