Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a School Food Service Worker:

• Food Service: Cafeteria Workers, Food Service Workers, Cafeteria Servers, Dining Room Attendants, Bussers

• Kitchen: Cooks, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Kitchen Helpers

• Coffee Service: Baristas

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Previous food service, cafeteria, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Food Handler's Card or ServSafe certification may be required for some assignments

• Background check, fingerprinting, and/or drug screening may be required depending on the school district
