Cuentan con respaldo de importantes inversionistas y operan con un modelo remoto-first.## Responsabilidades clave* Gestionar campañas de búsqueda paga (Google Ads y Microsoft Ads) desde estrategia de palabras clave hasta optimización de landing pages.* Dirigir campañas en redes sociales pagas (LinkedIn Ads) incluyendo pruebas de creatividades y seguimiento de conversiones.* Administrar medios de terceros como display programático, nativo y contenido sindicado.* Optimizar conversiones en landing pages y rutas de solicitud de demo.* Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing y realizar recomendaciones de escalar o pausar canales.* Implementar medición de atribución y seguimiento basado en eventos.* Utilizar IA para automatizar tareas y mejorar eficiencia en campañas.## Requisitos indispensables* 5+ años en marketing de performance B2B con manejo de presupuesto y generación de pipeline.* Experiencia práctica en campañas de búsqueda paga y redes sociales pagas.* Pensamiento full-funnel con capacidad de trazar impacto desde inversión hasta ingresos.* Conocimiento en modelos de atribución y seguimiento basado en eventos.* Experiencia en optimización de tasa de conversión (CRO) y pruebas en landing pages.* Manejo de HubSpot y plataformas como Google Ads, Microsoft Ads y LinkedIn Campaign Manager.* Gestión de agencias con capacidad para evaluar su desempeño.* Práctica demostrable en uso de IA para ejecución de campañas.* Experiencia en ventas B2B complejas (servicios profesionales, contabilidad o fintech es un plus).## Beneficios* Modalidad remota.* Jornada completa.* Paquete de compensación competitivo con participación accionaria.* Vacaciones ilimitadas.* 401k.* Beneficios de bienestar desde el primer día.* Reembolso para tecnología y trabajo remoto.* Horarios flexibles.
