The Role

Jasper is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale its enterprise growth engine.

Reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead an integrated growth organization spanning field marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and organic growth, including SEO, GEO, and AEO.

You’ll partner closely with Sales to accelerate Jasper’s enterprise, account-led growth strategy while driving predictable pipeline and revenue.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable setting company-level growth strategy and diving into campaign performance, funnel analytics, and execution. You’ll lead a high-performing team and help shape how AI transforms modern growth marketing across campaign execution, personalization, experimentation, measurement, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Build Jasper’s Enterprise Growth Engine

• Lead Jasper’s integrated growth strategy across paid media, lifecycle marketing, web, SEO/GEO/AEO, field marketing, and account-based marketing.
• Build a unified growth engine that accelerates pipeline across the enterprise sales motion.
• Leverage AI to continuously improve speed, personalization, and marketing performance.
• Lead Jasper’s field marketing and account-based marketing strategy.
• Bring together executive events, customer engagement, digital campaigns, and sales plays into a cohesive enterprise growth motion.
• Partner with Sales to create programs that build relationships, accelerate pipeline, and expand strategic accounts.

Partner with Sales

• Work closely with Sales leadership to define target accounts and build account-based programs.
• Prioritize marketing investment around the highest-value opportunities.
• Drive predictable pipeline generation and account expansion.
• Partner with Sales on account strategy, forecasting, and revenue planning.

Own Growth Performance

• Use data to evaluate funnel performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize investment and improve conversion across the customer journey.
• Establish forecasting, reporting, and operating rhythms that enable fast, informed decision-making.
• Partner with GTM Operations and Data Science to improve lead and account scoring, routing, attribution, funnel measurement, and account prioritization.
• Ensure Sales and Marketing remain aligned around the highest-value opportunities.

Build and Develop the Team

• Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, organic growth, and field marketing.
• Coach leaders and raise the quality bar across the organization.
• Build a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading B2B SaaS growth or revenue marketing, including enterprise sales motions.
• Proven track record of building pipeline through integrated digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing programs.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition, website optimization, CRO, and modern growth strategy.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership on account strategy, forecasting, and revenue planning.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to diagnose problems, prioritize investment, and improve funnel performance.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams while remaining close enough to the work to coach and contribute.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on operating style.
• Curiosity about AI and demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve marketing.
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
