Member Service Specialist II (Bilingual)

Pay: $22.00-$25.00
Schedule: Monday- Thursday (8:30am-5:00pm) & Friday (8:30am-6:00pm)

About the Employer-

Position Summary-

Deliver outstanding service to members in both English and a second language.
Assist members with account transactions, services, and inquiries.
Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
Resolve member concerns accurately and professionally.
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
Support branch operations and contribute to a positive member experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service and performance goals.

Essential Job Duties-

Previous experience in banking, credit unions, financial services, or customer service.
Bilingual communication skills with the ability to assist diverse members confidently.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
Commitment to delivering exceptional service and supporting community-focused values.
