Job Description Location Details: This is an onsite position located in our Evergreen Park Facility.
Position Schedule/Shift: Service center hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Schedule and shift assignments will depend on the technician position and level.
Position Summary Launch your leadership journey with the Leadership Development Program, where you’ll gain hands‑on experience learning how to run and lead a successful Car Care Center from the ground up. In this role, you’ll rotate through key areas of the business - from customer service and sales to operations and financial performance - building the skills needed to step into leadership positions. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders, learning how to coach teams, manage daily operations, and drive results while delivering exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Car Care operations, including financial performance, payroll, expenses, inventory, staffing, and shop efficiency.
• Monitor sales and financial results, implementing action plans to achieve performance and profitability goals.
• Recruit, develop, schedule, coach, and manage employees to maintain productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Partner with Area/Regional leadership on hiring, compensation, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by resolving concerns, addressing complaints, and identifying opportunities to meet additional member/customer needs.
• Maintain a safe, compliant workplace by enforcing safety standards, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
