Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Department supporting daily production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Support daily production activities within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Provide essential administrative and documentation support to ensure smooth operations.

Perform Batch Record Review (BRR) for accuracy and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Assist in managing material flow and documentation throughout production processes.

Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve documentation issues and support process improvements.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries.

Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Ability to learn and navigate ERP systems effectively.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
