Family Practice Physician Needed in California; Outpatient Only, No Call

Permanent position in San Fernando Valley, California.
Quick facts:
- Monday Friday schedule, 8 am 5 pm with no on-call responsibilities
- Outpatient-only position at a mission-driven federally qualified health center
- Approximately 23 25 scheduled patients per day
- Work with a diverse, underserved population including patients experiencing homelessness
- Collaborate with behavioral health providers in an integrated care team model
- Opportunity to provide clinical supervision for NPs in the behavioral health program
- Epic EMR used throughout the practice
- MD or DO; board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
