Schedule & Practice Model

Monday through Friday outpatient schedule

No nights

No weekends

No call responsibilities

Approximately 2024 patients daily

Outpatient-only primary care setting

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care across the lifespan

Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and acute visits

Deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient environment

Coordinate care plans, education, referrals, and follow-up services

Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly compensation: $120$125/hour based on experience

Requirements

MD or DO REQUIRED

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED

Active California medical license REQUIRED

Active DEA registration REQUIRED

Outpatient Family Medicine experience preferred
