Accounting and Administrative Assistant

Accounting and Administrative Assistant Are you a multitasking wizard who loves keeping things organized while greeting people with a smile? We're on the hunt for an Accounting and Administrative Assistant who can juggle numbers, spreadsheets, and front desk duties without breaking a sweat. This is a part‑time position with the exciting potential to grow into a full‑time role within the next few months. If you're ready to be the glue that holds our office together while having some fun along the way, keep reading! Responsibilities Serve as the friendly front‑desk face, greeting customers and making everyone feel welcome. Coordinate meetings and manage email communications to keep the team running smoothly. Enter QuickBooks entries with precision and create new or update existing Excel reports weekly. Manage mail distribution, check and process daily correspondence. Handle banking needs, including depositing checks and cash as required. Conduct weekly cash counts and refill petty cash at the restaurant location. Assist with inventory, keeping track of supplies and stock. Requirements Computer savvy with experience navigating various software platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills and self‑motivation to resolve issues proactively. Experience with QuickBooks and ability to create and manage Excel reports. Proficiency with Outlook email and SharePoint to keep the digital workspace organized. Cash handling experience. Restaurant background is a huge plus. Customer‑service friendly attitude.
