MARKETING COORDINATOR

Job Overview Position: Branding and Marketing Coordinator for Methodist Health System. Working 40 hrs per week, Monday–Friday, 8X5 day shift. Education Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in communications, marketing/advertising, or journalism. Experience and Skills 2 to 5 years in marketing, public relations, or a similar field. Excellent writing for internal and external audiences. Project management, organizing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong people skills for interacting with community leaders and internal stakeholders. Understanding of graphic design and print processes. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy. Highly experienced with Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Comfort with email software, CMS website tools, social media software and other web-based technologies. Works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on excellence, organization, accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Preferred (but not required) CRM experience. Healthcare experience. Responsibilities Assist the Director of Brand Marketing in building and coordinating paid marketing campaigns, including traditional, digital, and social media, working closely with agency partners. Project manage internal initiatives and campaigns, assisting department leaders with marketing/creative requests, coordinating with designers, print shop, and writing newsletters and print collateral. Support website and form updates, building and executing email campaigns, and write content for internal and external campaigns and digital entities. Contribute to community relations initiatives at various hospital campuses. Assist in campaign tracking setup, list pulls, and reporting. Build and maintain key relationships within hospitals and MHS to remain current on services and events. Other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Methodist Health System
