Our mission is to advocate, support, and provide services to people with developmental and other disabilities. Our services emphasize choice and full community engagement. The Direct Support Professional provides self-care training and assistance in daily living to individuals with developmental disabilities attending Day Habilitation Program.Summary: Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with skill acquisition, retention, or improvement in self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills. Assists in the development and attainment of life goals. Provides support and services to individuals to attain independence, productivity, and integration.Education and/or experience High School diploma or GED. Valid NYS driver's license with a driving record that is in accordance with the requirements of our Liability/Automotive Insurance carrier.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
