Primary Care Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner - PA/FNP

Schedule: Full-time Opportunity Pay Range is $110,000 - $180,000 Day Shift: Monday-Friday

Job Description:

• Conduct patient assessments, including physical examinations and review of medical histories.
• Assist in the evaluation and diagnosis of surgical conditions by interpreting diagnostic tests such as imaging studies and laboratory tests.
• Collaborate with surgeons to develop and implement treatment plans for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, positioning patients, and providing surgical instruments.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including medication management, wound care, and patient education.

Physician Assistant Qualifications:

• Master's degree in physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Physician Assistant license in the state of NY.
• Certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
