What we're looking for:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Texas licensure or eligibility
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is highly valued
• Prior experience in a school setting is a plus
• Proficiency in AAC devices and related technology
• Familiarity with writing and implementing IEPs

Core responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students
• Design and deliver individualized treatment plans that promote academic and social development
• Work closely with caregivers, families, SLPAs, OTs, and other educational professionals
• Track progress, keeping precise and complete documentation and reports
• Participate in meetings and contribute expertise to the IEP team
