The Best Western Plus Raton Hotel is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. Housekeepers play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest room amenities Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and remove trash Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost-and-found items Ensure assigned rooms are completed within established time standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas Assist with cleaning public areas as needed Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures Provide friendly and courteous service to guests when encountered Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks Paid Time Off Employee Discount Job Type Full-time and Part-time positions available #J-18808-Ljbffr
