We provide repair, installation, and maintenance for heaters, furnaces, boilers, and air conditioners of all types and more. We provide more than just a service to our customers; we provide a caring experience for them and their family. Job Duties

• High enthusiasm, respect and desire to be a team player
• Consistent delivery of excellent customer service using our proprietary service delivery system
• Learns and upholds our One Hour service system ethical views and procedures
• Stay actively engaged in continuous learning, stay open to coaching, and be a good team player.
• Provide best-in-class service value by performing complete safety inspections and diagnoses on every call
• Effectively communicate your recommended solutions for any failures or defects, along with those solutions that address the customer's wants and needs.
• Systematic, consistent, and accurate with paperwork
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
