Location Arden Courts of Towson,Towson, MD, 21204,United States Base Pay $30.00 - $33.00 / Hour Job Category Maintenance Employee Type Non Exempt FT Contact information Description As the Building Services Coordinator, you are responsible for the overall maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident rooms/apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems. As a leader, you are responsible for ensuring delivery of industry-leading services and maintaining high quality standards.
