LHH is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable company in the Charlotte area. This is an excellent chance to join a dynamic legal team and transition into a long-term role. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with corporate governance and entity management. Draft, review, and maintain corporate documents, filings, and contracts. Manage corporate records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Support transactional work including mergers, acquisitions, and other business initiatives. Conduct legal research as needed and provide administrative support to the legal department. Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and contract administration. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
