Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals for a temporary assignment in Charlotte. Candidates should have at least 3-4 years of litigation experience and be comfortable supporting a busy legal team.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation
  
• Prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  
• Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars
  
• Coordinate discovery and review documents
  
• Conduct basic legal research and gather case information
  
• Assist with trial preparation and other administrative tasks as needed
