** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' ** experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with various legal tasks related to litigation, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and well-organized. This position requires a strong understanding of legal processes and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced practice.

** Responsibilities **

• ** Continuous review and management of case files from inception through mediation/arbitration/trial/settlement. **
• ** Calendar deadlines and monitor for responses and timeliness. **
• ** Prepare initial discovery, i.e., interrogatories, request for production, request for admissions. Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence and other legal documents.**
• ** E-File all court documents in both NC & SC State as well as Federal court. **
• ** Review, organize, and summarize reports and other case materials. **
• ** Ability to properly capture time and bill according to guidelines. **
• ** Prepare exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial. **
