Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.Required Skills & Required ExperienceB.S. or MS Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or related engineering field), with emphasis in water resources.10+ years’ water resources-related experienceDevelop strong client relationships in a Project Manager and Client Manager role.Candidate should be able to perform engineering analysis; develop preliminary and detailed designs of stormwater facilities; and write specifications and construction documents.Progressive experience conducting business development and/or project delivery for stormwater and resilience projects in coastal and interior drainage communities, including Stormwater Pump Stations, flood control channels and tide gates is a plus.Dam Safety and design experience is a plus.Knowledge and Experience with USACE Civil Works projects is a plus.Demonstrated knowledge of hydrology and open channel hydraulics.Knowledge/experience with ESRI Arc GIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, AutoCAD.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in basic MS Office software.P.E. certification a plus.Team player.Don’t meet every single requirement?
