What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care in ICU settings including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients' needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient responses and care activities accurately in Epic EMR
• Float between various ICU units as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and standards of care
• Support patients and their families through complex medical processes

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license for Louisiana or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2 or more years ICU experience
• Epic EMR experience

Preferred:

• CPI and CCRN certifications
• Ability to float to multiple ICU units and adapt to changing patient needs
